Devin Jackson, P.E.

Devin Jackson is the Principal-in-charge at Jackson Civil Engineering (JCE). His established relationships and 15+ years of experience in the field as a designer, inspector, project manager, and principal are utilized to ensure JCE delivers results. As a civil engineer licensed in Washington and Oregon Devin has a passion for creating positive impacts in communities by developing projects that foster economic growth and improve the quality of life for residents.

His expertise include transportation, water and sewer design, private development, land use, and municipal planning. Devin is working with public agencies to help them fund, design, and administer capital facilities projects as well as administer their land use and comprehensive planning. Private clients include homeowners and developers throughout Washington and Oregon assisting them with everything from Single family residential stormwater plans to large scale subdivisions and site plans.
